Not submitting all required information will DELAY your project!

Items you will need to submit:

       The length and width of the playscape
       The height of the playscape
       A [site plan] or [survey] that has the location of the playscape drawn on it
       Plans, designs or brochure pictures of the playscape.
 

Double check the following:

       The playscape must be outside of any side or rear [setbacks]
       The playscape must be outside of any [utility easements]
