Not submitting all required information will DELAY your project!

Items you will need to submit:

       The length and width of the shed
       The height of the shed
       A [site plan] or [survey] that has the location of the shed drawn on it
       Provide paint colors that will be used. They should closely match the home.
       Plans, designs or brochure pictures of the shed.
 

Double check the following:

       The shed must be outside of any side or rear [setbacks]
       The shed must be outside of any [utility easements]
       The shed must be shingled to closely match the home.
       Steel roof or wood roof systems are prohibited.
       Maximum height for the shed is 6 feet.
